Child Supervision Policy
At EverCurious LLC, the safety and well-being of every child is our top priority. To help ensure a safe and positive experience for all families, we ask that all families abide to the following class policies:
-
Supervision Requirement:
All children must be under the direct supervision of a parent or designated caregiver at all times while participating in EverCurious classes or events. Staff and instructors are not responsible for supervising individual children.
-
Caregiver Responsibility:
By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for supervising the child(ren) in your care during the entirety of the session. This includes ensuring their behavior is safe and adheres to general conduct expectations.
-
Limitation of Liability:
EverCurious LLC and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur due to lack of supervision or failure to follow safety instructions. You, as the caregiver, assume full responsibility for the safety and behavior of your child(ren) while on premises.
-
Failure to Comply:
Failure to comply with this supervision policy may result in a verbal warning. In repeated or serious cases, you may be asked to leave the class to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Code of Conduct
A code of conduct is essential for maintaining a safe and respectful environment in our classes. It sets clear expectations for behavior, ensuring that everyone feels valued and secure. By following these guidelines, we can foster a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and collaboration. Together we can create a space where every student can thrive and succeed.

1. All participants are expected to use child appropriate language, a respectful tone of voice, and demonstrate respectful listening.

2. Children must be escorted to the bathroom by their entrusted adult. All children must accompany their caregiver at all times, including trips to the bathroom. EverCurious LLC is not responsible or liable for your child if this rule is not followed and they reserve the right to issue a verbal warning.

3. Children will follow reasonable behavior expectations including, but not limited to, no biting, no hitting, no kicking, and no spitting. While we understand children are still learning and can feel overwhelmed, if these behaviors do occur, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the group, room, or class to ensure the safety of all our participants.

4. Diaper changes must occur in the bathroom and may not be conducted on the class floor or surrounding area.

5. If you, or your child, is sick, please do not come to class. Makeup sessions can be scheduled via email or phone.
