Make Up Class Policy

Please read the following information about missed classes.

All make up classes must be approved by instructor.

Missed Classes

EverCurious offers 1 make up classes per month.

Any missed classes beyond that limit will not be eligible for a refund.*

Make Up Sessions: Mixed Classes

Make up classes for Mixed classes will be held during the second Mixed class.

During scheduled Make Up Class.

Exceptions

Make up class exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis.

Make Up Sessions: Non-Mixed Classes

Make up classes for Music Magic: Teeny Tiny, and Music Magic: Tots will be held during the following options:

During any regularly scheduled Mixed class
During scheduled Make Up Class days

*Cancellations within 24 hours due to illness will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Refund Policy

Music Magic:

Our refund policy ensures that a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee) will be provided if you cancel your session at least 7 days before the start date. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days, or mid session, your payment can be applied towards a future session at owner's discretion.

Let's Glow:

Our refund policy will allow cancellations up to 24 prior to the event start date. You may rebook a different time slot, or choose to receive a 50% refund. Due to the limited nature of Let's Glow classes, and the cost associated per child, we are unable to offer a 100% refund for these classes. Any cancellation that takes place within 24 hours of the start date is not eligible for a refund or makeup session.*
