Make Up Class Policy

Please read the following information about missed classes.

All make up classes must be scheduled and approved by instructor.

Missed Classes

EverCurious offers 2 make up classes per each 8 week session.

Any missed classes beyond that limit will not be eligible for a refund.

Make Up Sessions: Sibling Classes

Make up classes for sibling classes will be held during the second sibling class session.

During scheduled Make Up Class.

Exceptions

Make up class exceptions may be allowed on a case by case basis.

Make Up Sessions: Non-sibling Classes

Make up classes for Music Magic: Infant and Toddlers, and Music Magic: Tots will be held during the following options:

During any regularly scheduled sibling class
During scheduled Make Up Class days
During the opposite Music Magic (non sibling) class

Please note: Make Up Class offerings will differ session to session.

Classes may fall on any business day during the morning.

Make Up Class days will not be scheduled during session classes.

These are additional days and times.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures that a full refund of your pricing plan (minus a $10 processing fee) will be provided if you cancel your session at least 7 days before the start date. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days, or mid session, your payment can be applied towards a future session at owner's discretion. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
